At Hair by DEDE we strive to provide you with the best quality hair extensions. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:
- Return period
You can return your product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. - Terms and Conditions
- The extensions may not have been worn, cut or treated (e.g. dyed or styled).
- Hygienic seals must not be broken.
- Return procedure
- Please contact our customer service within 14 days via info@hairbydede.com or the contact form.
- Please pack the products carefully and include a copy of the invoice or order number.
- The shipping costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.
- Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
